             Sustainable Human Settlements Design Course
                         Learning how to take the future in your own hands
                                  Telemark   Norway   6-19 July 2009

                                                                                 Modules 1-2 of the course will take place at a farm in Norway, which will become an ecovillage. You will learn how to plan and design sustainable human settlements, also called ecovillages .
The course will comprenhend the use of alternative energy , ecological house building , organic food production , alternative economic systems and how to live in community.
Two weeks of inmersion in a world of solutions , learning how to cope with a tumbling global system .
Summer 2009
Modules 3-4 will be given in a separate course upon agreement.

The academic staff has extensive international teaching experience .
